Don Farfaɗo da Fata (Maganin Tsufa, Samar da Collagen):
- Zamani 3-5 a kowane mako(Minti 10-20 a kowane zaman)
(Daidaito a cikin makonni/watanni yana samar da sakamako mafi kyau.)
Don Farfaɗowar Tsoka da Aikin Wasanni:
- Kullum ko bayan motsa jiki(Minti 5–15)
(Yana taimakawa wajen rage radadi da kuma saurin murmurewa.)
Don Cututtuka Masu Dorewa (Amosanin Gaɓoɓi, Ciwon Gaɓoɓi):
- Kowace rana na tsawon makonni 1-2, sannan sau 3-5 a mako
(Ana iya buƙatar amfani na dogon lokaci don samun fa'idodi masu ɗorewa.)
