Shirya donzaman gado na maganin haske ja (RLT)yana taimakawa wajen ƙara fa'idodi da kuma tabbatar da jin daɗin rayuwa. Ga jagorar mataki-mataki:
**1.Kafin Zaman Ku
Shirye-shiryen Fata
- Tsaftace fatar jikinka– Cire kayan shafa, man shafawa, mai, ko man kariya daga rana (suna iya toshe hanyar shan haske).
- Cire ƙura (zaɓi ne)– Yana taimakawa wajen cire matattun ƙwayoyin fata don samun haske mai kyau.
- Aski (idan ana so)– Gashi ba ya toshe RLT, amma fata mai laushi na iya ƙara sakamako.

Ruwa da Gina Jiki
- Sha ruwa– Ruwan sha yana taimakawa wajen gyara ƙwayoyin halitta.
- Guji barasa/caffeine- Zai iya hana ruwa shiga jiki da kuma rage tasirinsa.
**2.A Lokacin Zaman Ku
- Kare idanunka- Sanya gilashin ido ko kuma a rufe idanu (haske mai haske na iya zama mai tsanani).
- Ku kasance cikin annashuwa- Kwanta ko tsayawa a hankali (zaman yawanci yana ɗaukar lokaci)Minti 10-20).
- Daidaita nisa– Bi umarnin na'urar (yawanciInci 6-12daga panels).
**3.Bayan Zaman Ku
- Sanya danshi- A shafa aloe vera ko hyaluronic acid don ƙara yawan ruwa a jiki.
- Ka kasance mai yawan shan ruwa- Yana taimakawa wajen tsarkake gubobi da kuma taimakawa wajen dawo da jiki.
- Guji fallasa rana– Ko da yake RLT ba ya sa ka ji kamar kana shan hasken rana, a koyaushe a yi amfani da man kariya daga rana a waje.

✅Daidaito shine mabuɗin- Nufin donZaman 3-5/makodon fa'idodi masu bayyane.
