**1.Kafin Zaman Ku

Shirye-shiryen Fata

  • Sanya danshi- A shafa aloe vera ko hyaluronic acid don ƙara yawan ruwa a jiki.
  • Ka kasance mai yawan shan ruwa- Yana taimakawa wajen tsarkake gubobi da kuma taimakawa wajen dawo da jiki.
  • Guji fallasa rana– Ko da yake RLT ba ya sa ka ji kamar kana shan hasken rana, a koyaushe a yi amfani da man kariya daga rana a waje.
