1. Zaɓi Na'urar da ta Dace
Don amfani a gida: Manyan bangarorin LED masu inganci (misali, Merican Red Light Therapy Panel M1/M2N).

Sanyaya fata (RLT na iya busar da fata na ɗan lokaci).

Bibiyar ci gaban (ɗauki hotuna/bayanin kula don canje-canjen fata/ciwo).

6. Inganta Sakamako
Haɗa tare da motsa jiki (yi amfani da RLT bayan motsa jiki don murmurewa).

Haɗa shi da ƙarin sinadarin collagen don amfanin fata/gaɓoɓi.

Daidaito yana da mahimmanci (tasirin yana ƙaruwa a cikin makonni 4-12).

Abin da za a Guji
❌ Kada a yi amfani da shi tare da magungunan da ke ƙara wa fata haske (duba tare da likitanka).
❌ A guji amfani da shi fiye da kima (a kiyaye lokutan da aka ba da shawarar; ya fi kyau).
